We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves, and can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama. We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work.
Our shop was listed in “The Best Automotive Independent Shops” picks for 2025. We have doubled our sales the last 2 years and have recently expanded our shop and plan to add a new location soon. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.7 Google rating. We currently see approximately 400+ cars per month and need help keeping up with the demand! Pay will vary based on ability and experience, but our A level technicians usually start at $100k per year. Most are making over $120k+ per year.
